Cachet Group is seeking a skilled AI Operations Intern to drive digital automation and AI-powered workflow optimization. The successful candidate will manage website development using no-code platforms, deploy AI customer service agents, and implement automation systems to streamline internal processes
職責：
- Independently build and maintain company website pages using AI tools (Webflow/Framer + AI assistance)
- Develop and manage AI customer service agents to handle daily inquiries and data organization
- Utilize automation tools (Make/Zapier) to integrate internal systems and reduce manual workflows
- Continuously test and implement new AI productivity tools, producing internal SOPs for team use
要求：
- Hands-on experience with at least one no-code website builder (Webflow/Framer/Shopify)
- Ability to independently craft effective prompts and use ChatGPT/Claude for commercial-grade tasks
- Understanding of AI agent fundamentals with proven experience building customer service bots or automation workflows
- Basic data processing capabilities (Excel/Google Sheets automation)
Nice-to-Have:
- Portfolio of personal projects: Demonstrated ability to independently complete websites, automation systems, or content generation using AI tools
- GitHub/Notion portfolio showcasing technical proficiency

核心職責：
- 獨立使用 AI 工具完成公司網站頁面搭建與日常維護（Webflow/Framer + AI 輔助）
- 搭建並管理 AI 客服 Agent，處理日常客戶諮詢與數據整理
- 運用自動化工具（Make/Zapier）串接內部系統，減少人工流程
- 持續測試並導入新 AI 生產力工具，輸出內部使用 SOP
必備條件:
- 實際操作過至少一個無代碼建站平台（Webflow/Framer/Shopify）
- 能獨立撰寫有效 Prompt，使用 ChatGPT/Claude 完成商業級任務
- 了解 AI Agent 基礎邏輯，有搭建過客服 Bot 或自動化流程經驗
- 具備基礎數據處理能力（Excel/Google Sheets 自動化）
加分項:
- 個人項目展示：曾用 AI 工具獨立完成過網站/自動化系統/內容生成案例
- GitHub/Notion 作品集展示工具使用能力
