Cachet Group is seeking a creative AI Content Creator Intern to lead multi-platform social media strategy and AI-driven content production. The successful candidate will independently manage domestic and international social accounts, produce high-volume AI-enhanced video content, and optimize engagement across WeChat, TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube.
[This is not a training position. We are seeking skilled practitioners ready to contribute from day one.]
職責：
- Independently manage multi-platform social media accounts (Domestic: WeChat/Douyin/Xiaohongshu; International: Instagram/TikTok/YouTube/LinkedIn)
- Produce 15+ short-form videos weekly using AI video tools (Runway/Pika/HeyGen/CapCut AI)
- Combine on-location footage with AI-generated content while maintaining the brand’s premium visual aesthetic
- Monitor platform analytics and independently optimize content strategy and posting schedules
要求：
- Proficient in at least two AI video generation tools (Runway Gen-2/Pika/HeyGen, etc.)
- Capable of on-site filming (camera movement with smartphone/camera, basic lighting and composition)
- Prior experience operating personal social media accounts (any platform; must show performance metrics)
- Able to independently create bilingual content in Chinese and English
Nice-to-Have:
- Portfolio includes commercial-grade video cases combining AI-generated and live-action footage
- Familiarity with the Hong Kong market or cross-border content experience
- Basic understanding of the wellness, fintech, or luxury goods industries

- 結合實地拍攝素材與 AI 生成內容，維持品牌高級視覺調性
- 監測各平台數據，獨立優化內容策略與發布時間
必備條件:
- 熟練使用至少兩款 AI 視頻生成工具（Runway Gen-2/Pika/HeyGen 等)
- 具備實地拍攝能力（手機/相機運鏡、基礎燈光構圖）
- 已有個人新媒體賬號運營經驗（任何平台，需展示數據成果）
- 能獨立完成中英雙語內容創作

- 作品集包含 AI 生成+實拍結合的商業級視頻案例
- 熟悉香港市場或具備跨境內容經驗
