Angela Chow

Founder & CEO

Ms. Chow has over 25 years of industry experience in the banking and finance industry. Prior to founding Cachet Asset Management in 2014, she was Head of Sales Management at UBS Wealth Management Asia Pacific and Chair of Ultra High Net Worth Investment Committee, providing superior investment advisory and wealth planning and management to ultra high net worth clients. She was also one of the pioneers in the development of ultra-high net worth family offices in Greater China at UBS.

Before joining UBS, Ms. Chow was regarded as top talent at JP Morgan Private Bank in Hong Kong and New York offices and became the youngest member at the JP Morgan Private Bank Executive Advisory Committee in 2008.

Ms. Chow has received numerous personal award including the Top 10 Chinese Women Entrepreneurs Award from the China Women Entrepreneurs Association in 2017 and fellowship from Social Enterprise Research Academy in 2019. She was also the committee member of Love Foundation Charity.

Ms. Chow holds a Master's degree in business administration from Cornell University. As she embrace a deep passion in holistic wellness, Ms. Chow also holds certificate of Health & Wellness from Harvard Medical School Execution Education as well as Certificate of Psychology from University of California, Berkeley.

Bill Chan

Chief Operating Officer

Mr . Chan has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, particularly in fund management and administration, regulatory compliance, investor relations and other related functions. Prior to joining Cachet, he held several key positions at world-class asset management firms such as Apollo Capital Management, Rockefeller & Co and Citco Fund Services in New York.

Mr. Chan also spent 7 years in the tax and audit department at Ernst & Young in New York, where he has accumulated sufficient financial expertise. Mr. Chan graduated from New York University's Stern School of Business with a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance. He is a certified public accountant in Colorado.

Julius Chin

Head of Private Investments

Mr. Chin focuses on private credit, private equity, venture capital and special opportunity investment projects, mainly in the TMT, consumer, SJM, health technology, banking and finance industries.

Mr. Chin is also a director of Cachet Funds. Prior to joining Cachet, Mr. Chin worked as a private investor and financial advisor for a number of family offices in Hong Kong. Mr. Chin has considerable experience in capital markets and related structured products. He holds an honours degree in Business Management from King's College London and a Master's degree in Investment Management from City University College London. Mr. Chin is the principal of Cachet's SFC Type 4 and Type 9 licenses.

Kiki Wong

Head of Client Management

Since joining Cachet in 2018, Kiki has accumulated a diverse and extensive range of experiences in her professional field. She has demonstrated remarkable efficiency in managing ultra-high-net-worth accounts. Kiki excels in initiating account openings, ensuring that all onboarding processes for new clients are smooth and efficient. As the head of the client management team, she has an in-depth understanding of clients' needs, pays meticulous attention to the handling of private banking documentation, and is committed to achieving client satisfaction, thereby ensuring the provision of top-tier customer service. Kiki's responsibilities include assisting clients with account openings, fund subscriptions, and ensuring the smooth execution of transactions. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Washington.

Jeff Ng

Investment Analyst

Mr. Ng is a skilled investment professional with a solid foundation in blockchain, financial analysis, and portfolio management. He currently serves as an Investment Analyst at Cachet. His responsibilities include presenting weekly reports for the investment committee's approval, formulating investment recommendations, and tracking portfolio performance.

Prior his role at Cachet, Mr. Ng accumulated over five years of experience in portfolio management and trading. He effectively managed a diversified portfolio focused on the Hong Kong market and risk management, yielding significant profits. He has executed trades across various investment vehicles, including stocks, bonds, futures, and cryptocurrencies.

Alan Song

China Business Development Manager

Alan graduated from Vancouver Career College with a diploma in Hotel Management. He has previously served as a supervisor of a Main Board-listed company in China and held the position of Secretary-General of both the Guokang Public Welfare Fund under Shenzhen Radio & TV Public Welfare Foundation and the Shenzhen Life Science Public Welfare Foundation.

With a profound industry background and years of hands-on experience, Alan has accumulated a rich and diverse professional track record. His career spans five years in the operations of international chain hotels, six years of in-depth involvement in the high-end customized cultural tourism industry, and four years of dedicated research in the health industry.

Throughout these experiences, he has been a key participant in the full life cycle of numerous projects, witnessing and contributing to their growth from inception to maturity.

In the field of resource integration and channel expansion, Alan embraces a spirit of responsibility and active engagement, committing himself wholeheartedly to the work process with great enthusiasm. He possesses exceptional capabilities in coordinating and utilizing government and corporate resources. He has demonstrated professionalism in all aspects of government project design, application, and implementation. He is particularly skilled at integrating various resources and precisely controlling project progress and quality. Alan has participated in the design and execution of over 30 municipal-level micro-fact projects in Shenzhen and has successfully implemented more than a thousand community activities. He is able to flexibly formulate strategies based on different project needs, effectively driving the high-quality development of business operations.
